Personal Philosophy For Leading Positive Change
Hi!
I Am
Santiago
Today I’m the president and founder of Wise Agents, but I started like a lot of people: with no safety net, no connections, and learning the hard way.

That’s why every week I carve out a bit of time to turn what worked for me into guides and videos.

If you’re a Latino in the United States and or you want to break into the startup/tech world, but don’t know where to start, here are the guides that actually helped me.

Why?
Because I know what it feels like to start without a support network, and because many Latin Americans in the U.S. and in the startup ecosystem have fewer opportunities in front of them.

From Bogotá to Silicon Valley — it's been quite a journey.

Learn about my story
I was born and raised in Colombia, and like many others, I came to the United States chasing an opportunity.
What began as a dream of personal and professional growth became something much bigger than I imagined.
I earned my degree in Business Administration from Georgia Southern University, which opened doors to an incredible career in the technology and semiconductor industries. During my time in Silicon Valley, I had the privilege of working with leading U.S. companies, one of which sponsored my green card after I helped generate over $20 million in recurring annual revenue.
With a lifelong learning mindset, I later pursued an MBA in a joint program between Stanford and Dominican University. That experience inspired me to launch Wise Meetings during a Technology Entrepreneurship class at Stanford—an idea born from my desire to connect Latin American companies with the global tech ecosystem. I successfully scaled Wise Meetings to over $1 million in annual revenue and built an incredible team of more than 25 professionals.
I currently lead Wise Agents, an AI agent startup that has raised over $1 million in Silicon Valley. Most of my time is dedicated to scaling it with my team. In parallel, I documented the steps that helped me raise capital, land a job, strategically navigate the migration process, and apply AI in real-world businesses.
I do it for a few hours a week, with a simple intention:
To make the path clearer and fairer for those who are where I was one day.
Are you looking for real, practical advice?
My focus is on continuing to build Wise Agents. These guides exist because I want more Latinos to have access to real tools. Free whenever possible. Low cost to maintain the platform.

Who are your courses and guides aimed at?
To ambitious professionals, students, and entrepreneurs who want to understand how the tech world works—especially those from Latin America or non-traditional backgrounds. I want to share the methods, mindset, and tools that helped me build a career and a company from the ground up.
What makes your approach different?
I focus on real-world experiences, not theory. Everything I share stems from having built teams, raised capital, and led projects in the US tech ecosystem as a Latino founder.
